I was working today and the level of ignorance/stupidity hit an all time high. These people just don't get it, you repeat and rephrase and still nothing.
We are not talking about technical issues, simply this not that issues.

I know my username... etc.

All day its like this. Square peg, round hole syndrome folk its getting out of control. Stop and think, it won't kill you. In fact you may be saving someone else's sanity.
