So there I am at work, trying to network with new Brother printer and have no luck at all, so I call the company for support.
1. No
English... You know what I mean.
2. Producing
un-needed information.
3. Argued with me and refused to help at all.
I have been doing technical support for quite a long time now and it never fails to amaze me how bad it can actually be. You spend tons of money on their product and they tell you that they will help but they won't. Perhaps its just that companies do not train enough for the
bizarre things technology will do; or perhaps nobody cares anymore.
We seem to care less and less in this world about the things that matter, I am not saying tech support is the top of the list but customer service has completely died.
