End of the year... Relationship?
Well folks we are only a few hours away from the end of the year and its looking like the end of another relationship for me. My lovely lady is down in the dumps, not happy, no sure and not talking to me. Happy New Year!!
I am starting to lose my grip at this point, not sure what to do about anything. I do not want to lose her or my son. I always wanted to be the full time dad who was there for his kids, I have tried to be the best I can be while holding down a job. Seems like there is just no winning for me in this race. Hate to lose, and I don't want to give up but what options are left for me?
I suppose only time will tell whats going to happen, this place will tell all that's for sure. Here is to everyone celebrating out there tonight "Cheers".

Strange Attraction
I do not know what it is about me but I seem to gain the attention of strange people, those I have never even met before. The other day a man walking through the mall talking to nobody stops in front of the Kiosk and yells "Merry Christmas" I turn around and look at him, then respond. Once I did that he left.
In the movie store, minding my own business and grabbing a flick or two this guy comes up and says there is the "knife guy, how's it going?" I have no idea who this person was either.
Perhaps its the season or perhaps its me. Charisma can be a gift or a curse.

Hockey Violence
I saw a news story the other day showing hockey violence; I know most of you are thinking so what hockey has always been that way and that's true but these players were 8 years old. That's right 8 years old. I was some what shocked by this, seeing two players slug it out and more jumping in, did they learn this from watching actual hockey or are we becoming more violent?
Kid sports should be about fun and sportsmanship not slugging the crap out of each other on the ice.

RCMP taser immigrant 20sec into country
If you haven't seen the news, here is the latest headline which simply blows my mind. In Vancouver, BC four RCMP officers tasered a polish immigrant in the airport. The video shows no signs of them trying to restrain him or subdue him.
My question is what happened to basic training for these officers. Can four men not take down one person anymore? I see no reason to have tasered this fellow, of course that is simply my opinion.

Step-Fatherhood Log...
Wow where to begin. Things are getting more difficult right now as my step-son is getting older and the due date for the baby draws ever closer. He is 3 and just full of attitude, this is causing somewhat of a problem in the ways of discipline because his mother and I do not see eye to eye about that. Makes me wonder how I will do with my own child.
He is a good kid, but many times I feel myself being lost or out of place with my position. I work full-time so I do not always get to see him which is upsetting but such is life. I am not his actual father so it seems odd for me to be guiding him or trying to direct him to the right path, of course perhaps there is no correct path.
Nobody ever said fatherhood would be easy, but step-fatherhood has to be 100x harder.

Generational Gap: Technology
Working in a cell phone store has shown a new light to the world of technology and the older generations. Our generation has no problem adapting to the new technologies that have come out and cannot wait to get more of them.
A lot of our more senior customers ask for a simple, nothing fancy cell phone just for emergencies; we tell them this does not exist. Its not their fault that its not there its simply a gap in technological understanding and to some degree needs. The question I keep asking myself is why do we have such a huge gap between our generation and the senior generation? These people grew up during the boom of technology, many new things were coming out; of course now there is new stuff everyday.
Would classes help, perhaps a slow down in technology or perhaps simply making basic items for those who really only need an emergency phone.
Food for thought,

Currency of the Poor
As many of you know I have very little money, not a lot of luxury but I am very happy. I have my family and my friends by my side. My employer has become quite wealthy by exploiting his workers and customers alike and now has many wonderful luxuries to show for this efforts. This Thanksgiving he will be flying North and hunting instead of spending it with family. At first I was shocked but apparently this is common for them to do now.
I will be spending time with my family, telling stories, jokes and having a good time. Not to mention getting really fat on all the food.
Does money really change things that much? With money do you no longer need your family? Money can buy many wonderful things for you, this is true but it cannot buy that which is most precious... Life long companions.
If family and friends are the poor mans currency then I am the richest man in the world. Would I trade it all for luxury, not in your life.
Happy Thanksgiving to those celebrating.

Athletic Funding
My brother competed at Top Challenge in Montreal on August 25th and was injured during his final qualifying run. His clavicle was broken and he was rushed to hospital.
When he got home and began the healing process he received a bill from the hospital for the ambulance used in Montreal. The paramedics were on staff at the event for this exact kind of emergency; on staff how the hell can you charge someone for a service that was being supplied for the event?
Should our athletes have to pay for emergency vehicles at a registered sporting event? Is it just extreme sports enthusiasts that have to pay or are all athletes treated the same. Would we charge a boxer? UFC fighter? Football Player?
To me it seems unfair that he was charged for this service that he obviously needed and was on staff for the sole purpose of watching over the athletes in attendance. I would like to thank the paramedics for their quick response to the crash. You guys rock!!
To my brother, I am very proud of you. You proved you had no fear and that you truly are a champion. You have brought great honor to your family.

Out of the Firing pan, into the fire?
Thats right I said firing. Boss told me today to ship up or ship out essentially. Needless to say this was not amusing. Girlfriend is on leave, baby on the way. Its not good.
But at the same time perhaps getting fired is the best thing, you never seem to find work when you are employed.
Keep your fingers crossed everyone, its going to be a rough ride.
White Knight,
Ps. I have moved into my new place, hooray

Simple things in life
Its amazing the little things in life that make is so worth living. A new tooth brush, or a special pen. They are simple little things that shouldn't mean much to us in our possession driven society but they do.
I just got a new tooth brush and paste and they are great, not sure why but they are. Its these little things we seem to over look.
Slow down and appreciate the little things, I know you want to.

4-Way Stops
How difficult can it be for people to figure this out? Every time you are at a 4-way stop people seem to sit there and stare at each other with no clue as to what happens next. This is basic driving for everyone. WTF? If you cannot remember get your book out and look at the pretty picture again.
Sirens
Ambulance, Fire Truck, Police no matter what it is behind you a siren means get the hell out of the way, not hey I have a chance to beat traffic. Someone is clearly in trouble so just move out of the way. Pull over!
I am a simple man surrounded by ignorance.

When the umbrella breaks
So life is going smooth as ever right now, lol. The g/f having serious trouble with the ex's family over every stupid little thing and now its bringing her down and she feels as though she can do not right. Every decision is wrong, every move is in err. What are we suppose to do as men to help in this. The boy isn't mine, which causes a problem upon itself when it comes to dealing with things. They are threatening her with court orders, which of course are bull shit.
I hate to see her all stressed out, especially with the baby on the way but what can you do? I try to tell her all is well and she did the right things, because I believe she did but it doesn't help. It gets shrugged off like everything else and then she looks at Mr. X's family and feels as though she has failed them. They are not your family. WTF? You just want to scream out the window, but it doesn't help.
Mr. X's family is feuding with her, her own family dislikes me because I am not Mr. X, its one giant cluster fuck right now. That's right I said cluster fuck, I have seen gang bang movies where people didn't get screwed this much.
AHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Finding Zen
Sometime ago I mentioned being the ball, well I believe I found it. We went lugging down scotch mountain a huge hill in the area and I totally wiped out at about 85 - 90km/h. The estimate of range was 50' for the skid.
As my father said, I cleared became the ball. lol. Has this deterred me at all... no way. It was a total rush. Please see the pics attached.

Those are the pics of my wounds folks. Only protective gear was a helmet. Next time I will be wearing leather.

Job Hunting
Man it never gets any better for people. I send out resume after resume and you get nothing back. I know my friend giggles is going through the same thing and its truly depressing. She has lots of skills, tried really hard and nothing. I do the same thing and nothing.
Yet I know people with no skill, no ambition who can get a new job at the drop of a hat. How does it happen? What are people looking for?
I just don't get it anymore. Worst part of the whole thing is you have no idea if its you or if someone better came along for the job. After awhile you have to think its you.
Right now all I want is out of the cardboard box. Good luck to all who are searching.

Ahhh Nope, its a bad omen if you can believe it. It seems that everyday I see a duck outside on my way to work its a bad day. But if I see a sea gull its a good day. Truly bizarre I tell you.
Not sure how many of you believe in that sort of thing, but its starting to freak me out.

Path to Fatherhood
Well its finally happened, I am going to be a father. I know its a scary thought for those who know me. lol
I believe I am ready for it though, I am with a great woman who knows what she is doing and we hold the same beliefs for the most part. Its still scary to think about though, someone else is going to be looking to you for advice, guidance and protection. Its a lot of pressure.
Heather is hoping for a girl, I on the other hand am not concerned one way or another. I simply want to do my best and get out alive I suppose. Parenthood never really ends, is a journey you must take until the bitter end.
I hope to pass on my family values, traditions and beliefs to my little one as well as my step-son. Wish me luck everyone, its going to be a bumpy ride.

Take Me Down To Personality Street
On my way home from the warehouse the other day I looked around and realized that the houses are all unique. Different shapes, colours and designs. I know it may seem odd to notice, but when you live in a small city you take it for granted.
When I go to Barrie and look behind the mall I see the same house 1000 times. Watch CSI and you see the homes all look the same. There is no personality to those locations. Personality can go a long way to making a house better. I do not understand why anyone would want to live in a place where every home looks identical to the others.
Just a thought, next time you are out and about take a look around.
If you don't stop and look around every once and awhile, you might miss something.

Warehouse Letter - Time Machine
She came down on me this morning, with all her infinite stupidity and went on about a courier package I couldn't possibly control. We need it today she said, Monday is the earliest I said. Well we need it...
Our conversation continued like that for sometime until she left me alone, and I returned to the box from which I came. It has been abundantly clear that I need a time machine to do my job. We need this item today, but it'll take a week. Well just skip ahead and get it.
The overlord is currently absent from the throne, so his hound in command is recking havoc upon the warehouse and those who dwell inside.
I ask you good reader, find me a way to defy time so that I may survive for a while longer in this position, and please the master and his hound.

Energy Drinks
How many energy drinks does one society need? Every time I turn around, there is another one on the market. Are we getting that tired and run down that we need to be wired for sounds 24hours a day? I just don't get it, I see people living on red bull and its counter parts. Why? Sweet Odin why?
I remember when the only energy drink we had was green tea. Now we have them in drinks, sodas, etc, etc...
I think everyone needs to slow down, and just chill for a bit. If you shake and don't have a medical issue, you are in trouble.
Energy drinks = Legal Speed.

Game over man, game over.
What if life gave you a specific amount of time? At the end of your time you simply went *poof* it was over, no more life for you. Would your life be any different then it is now? Would you live every moment as though it were your last?
You are born and life says you have 36years. First few are a write off as you cannot do anything, but what would you do later?
These are the things I wonder about, people always say if you could see your own death you would avoid it, but what if you couldn't. There is no true immortality.

Hide the Evidence
On my way to work today I passed a pick up truck, nothing special really. But in the back there were a bunch of beer cans and beer bottles, loose. I thought to myself WTF? Why would you ever leave the evidence in the back of the vehicle. If you are going to drive drunk or something stupid like that hide the bottles.
Funny thing is its not the first time I have seen this happen. I know a guy who lost his license for a year for drunk driving and in his boat were a bunch of empty beer cans. I suppose some people just don't learn, but come on...
1. Never drink and drive.
2. If you do hide the evidence of the crime, don't be stupid.

Warehouse Letter - A Devils Deal
Greetings to all who are reading this letter. I am trapped in the warehouse, nothing but fittings and boxes as far as I can see. I walked in this morning and has my ass chewed by the bosses son, I swear there is nothing more demeaning. Someone else makes mistakes and you take all the heat. Excuse me for not being a fortune teller; I cannot read the future, not sure when people are going to mess things up.
Everyday that I go I am forced to deal and bargain for things my warehouse needs, I make pacts with the devils of the industry; for if I don't the master upstairs will surely become enraged and leave a post it telling me about it.
That's right in my world there is no speech or communication in verbal form only the dreaded yellow post it, oh how I loathe you.
I hear the master coming, as such I must now flee, until we meet again.

Classic Musics - "Traveling Wilburys"
One of the greatest compilation bands to ever evolve. I have been listening to these guys since I was a kid and their music never gets old. If you have never heard of them check them out at wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traveling_Wilburys
Lyric Sample: "Tweeter and the Monkey Man"
Tweeter and the Monkey Man were hard up for cash
They stayed up all night selling cocaine and hash
To an undercover cop who had a sister named Jan
For reasons unexplained she loved the Monkey Man
Tweeter was a boy scout course he went to Vietnam
And found out the hard way, nobody gives a damn
They knew that they found freedom just across the Jersey line
So they hopped into a stolen car, took Highway 99
Classic Musics - "Long John Baldry"
Another classic artist who is no longer with us unfortunately. He did early last year in British Columbia. He has written many wonderful songs and here is a taste of the lyrics:
Lyric Sample: "Don't Try To Lay No Boogie Woogie On The King Of Rock & Roll"
Don't you feed me no TV dinners when you know I'm used to steak
I don't need no rank beginners when it's time to shake that shake
You better pull your thing together, reach in and dust it out
And if ya feel that you just can't dig it then I guess you know the route
It ain't a matter of pork 'n beans that's gonna justify your soul
Just don't try to lay no boogie woogie on the king of rock and roll.
I enjoy music that has a different approach, it tells a story. These songs push more towards folk music I suppose. On a final note long live the Moody Blues.
Enjoy the music and be good everyone.

Passive with Age.
As I have gotten older I seem to care less and less about the little things which once would have bothered me. I do not know if its from experience or simply a jaded view on life that has made me change but something is different.
Years ago if another man started spending time with my woman I would have become enraged and territorial. But now that I have been burned time and time again I am not as rash and do not care as much. Why sweat things you cannot control?
Life is too long to worry about little stuff, when there is so much big stuff.

Boobs....
Well what can we say... Its like a Rubik's cube with a nipple. All men will probably agree with this point, we have no idea what we are doing. They are just there, there is no instruction manual. Sure we understand the other regions and how they work and what to do to make good vibrations buts breasts are odd.
Not to say we do not enjoy them, but its hard to determine what a woman is going to find enjoyable when it comes to fondling, petting, etc... I figured I would bring this up as its been in the back of my head for sometime and a girl at the grocery store made me think of it.

F&%KING Technical Support
So there I am at work, trying to network with new Brother printer and have no luck at all, so I call the company for support.
1. No English... You know what I mean.
2. Producing un-needed information.
3. Argued with me and refused to help at all.
I have been doing technical support for quite a long time now and it never fails to amaze me how bad it can actually be. You spend tons of money on their product and they tell you that they will help but they won't. Perhaps its just that companies do not train enough for the bizarre things technology will do; or perhaps nobody cares anymore.
We seem to care less and less in this world about the things that matter, I am not saying tech support is the top of the list but customer service has completely died. AHHHHH!!!!!!
Screaming out loud always makes you feel better. LOL

Be the Ball...
"I'm going to give you a little advice. There's a force in the universe that makes things happen. All you have to do is get in touch with it. Stop thinking. Let things happen...and be...the ball." -- Caddyshack
Lately I have been getting more and more lost, even in my own mind. Every morning a hear the above quote on the radio and its been making things more clear for me. The only true path is to be the ball. Sounds funny I know but losing control is a scary thought.

Undecided
Recently I was looking for part time studies courses at the local college for something new and exciting. No real need for education, just need something new. Problem is I am 25 and still undecided about my career path; I am thinking I do not have one. Some people don't settle on a single job for a lifetime and I think that's me. Perhaps a change every 5 - 10 years just to keep things fresh.
What about other people out there, are you as lost as I am or is everything falling into place when it comes to your career path.

Spank me!
While at work I had a chance to read the paper and it mentioned a push from our local municipal government to ban the spanking of children. I was outraged by the idea. Children today are getting away with murder and its been caused by a lack of discipline.
Now the government wants to tie the hands of parents because they think its wrong. I believe its a parents personal choice to discipline their child in a way they find acceptable and within the moral outlines of society. I am not saying a parent should be allowed to beat their child with an oar but they should be able to spank. I was spanked as a child and I turned out fine, it was not harsh or unacceptable then.
Seems these days people are getting over sensitive about the abuse of children. All throughout nature animals discipline their children with corporal punishment to teach them boundaries and wake them up from being stupid. Fight to keep our parenting in our homes everyone, if we don't what will be next?

Inside the Octagon
While watching "Rocky Balboa" last night with a friend the discussion of boxing came up and she made the comment of how she does not like the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship). I was kind of confused as she noted she was fine with boxing.
I queried as to the difference and what turned her off of the UFC fighting. She noted it was a turn off because it was like 2 dogs in a cage; is that not what boxing is as well. We must remember the athletes that step into the ring or the octagon are adults and are being paid to entertain. Animals are forced into a situation where one must kill the other in order to survive, this is not the same.
These men have made a conscious choice to step into an arena and be battered for both our entertainment and for the primal glory which is hand to hand combat. Personally I love the UFC, I think its great but hey that is just one gentleman's opinion.
Keep your fighting in the ring whenever possible.

Friends
I have had many and lost many as my years have passed. Some of us never really think about our friends, where they came from, what happens when they are gone.
In life you will meet many people and become close with very few, these are called friends. Even fewer in that group will hold a strong connection to you that will last a life time. In life friends will come and go, its not until they are gone do you stop and think about them

White Knight,
Wrong Choice
In my life I have made lots of decisions and not all of them were the right ones. I really shouldn't say the wrong ones, they just weren't as good in hindsight. In life we all make choices and those are the things that guide our life to its final destination. Many people will ask if you have regrets and many will say yes; there are always regrets in life but they shouldn't be about choices.
Around this time last year I was given a chance most men would kill for and I blew it by making the wrong choice at the time. I suffered for the choice I made but was given another chance to make it right and again made a bad choice.
I do not know what it is about people, that we just can't seem to get it right even when we really want to. At this point in my life the decision I made still haunts me and probably always will. Regret, not sure... I know part of me does, but part of you always says that its the way things should be. If I had the chance would I do things differently... Yes.

Relationships...
Recently I heard that my former girlfriend Courtney had gotten together with a new man. For me it caused a bad mood to brew within, I am not sure why really. Later on I found out she had gotten back together with her ex and things seemed to be better.
I cannot explain why my mind works in that fashion, she gets with a new man and anger sets in; old man and all is well with the world. Relationships are truly a bizarre concept, we force ourselves into confinement with one person and then fight the natural urges we have. If we fall into these urges we consider it to be cheating on our spouse.
Only 3% of mammals are monogamous and humans are not on that list. Some people feel a sick compulsion to always be in a relationship, they cannot be alone or they fall apart. Of course I am the opposite; I can live in solitude and be completely happy. The lack of sexual intimacy would be harsh but life would be quiet and good.
If you are in a relationship make sure you are happy and enjoy your partners time and company. If not perhaps its time to run. Remember you are never alone when you have yourself.

White Knight,
A gift for you.
I have been on facebook a fair bit lately and a note I published seems to be getting the same response which interested me. I asked: "If you could give me anything, what would it be?"
The common answer amongst people was a career I could actually enjoy and be happy with. It seems that everyone knows how much my work means to me. I appreciate everyone who is saying it. Many people would say I wish you happiness, good health, money etc, etc... But for my friends its all about my work.
If I did not have my work to occupy my mind I would probably go insane, well more then I already have. Just a thought of how people seem to think alike.

Car Alarms... Whats the point?
During an adventure to the grocery store I heard someones car alarm going off, not a huge deal really; just ignore it. I did my shopping and came outside and waited for my ride. While outside the alarm kept going off, other people left as well and mentioned the same thing.
I started to think of when the car alarm first came out and how so many thought it was an amazing invention. We have all heard them and all wondered what the point is I am sure. The alarm sounds it doesn't contact the police and nobody cares about it. If you are a car thief you are really not going to be deterred by the alarm at all.
Home security makes sense for both protection of self, family and possessions but when they go off the police are alerted and sent to the scene. Car alarms do not have that little feature. If nothing else they are annoying and useless.
Like a presidential address, nobody is listening and nobody cares...

Fish Stories
Aren't they great? We have all heard them in the past from friends, family or that weird old guy that sits by the water all day long. They are part of our lives and heritage. Lately I have been thinking about them and how much I love stories. I suppose for me the best job would be an old time storyteller, the guy who sits in the centre of town spinning tales for children and adults alike.
Stories are a beautiful thing; I wonder who will tell my story when I am gone and how will it sound? Will I be a good man? A fair man? Perhaps a father or champion among those around me. There is always one story I never forget and it goes like this:
Enjoy the story folks.

At the bait shop...
Clerk: Yep, `General Sherman'. They say he's five hundred
pounds of bottom-dwelling fury, don't you know. No one knows
how old he is, but if you ask me (and most people do), he's
hundred years if he's a day.
Customer: And uh no one's ever caught him?
Clerk: Well, one fella came close. Went by the name of Homer.
Seven feet tall he was, with arms like tree trunks. His eyes
were like steel, cold, hard. Had a shock of hair, red like the
fires of Hell.
Enjoy the story folks.

Youth vs. Cold -- Round I
So I was on my way home from work today and the weather was cold and squall warnings were in effect for the entire area; I see this kid walking with a coat wide open and just a t-shirt underneath. I am sure I did the same stupid stuff when I was young but not anymore. Is this because we were dumb or are we actually more resistant to the effects of cold weather when we are teenagers?
Being in my mid 20's I still go out without a jacket and such when I am at work but I would not be walking down the street with my coat open exposed to the world. Sounds like I am turning into one of those crotchety old men that yells at kids... "Get off my lawn you little bastards..."
Anyway enough ranting... Bundle up and stay warm everyone.

Thank you Sensei
I have lived 25years and learned many lessons from many teachers. I do not mean educators but actual teachers. I have studied long and hard from in the Dojo of life.
When I was in high school I skipped class with a friend and met a gentleman at a chip wagon. He asked if we were skipping and we said yes. He told us he learned more outside of school then he ever did in, and then told us a story from his youth. I have never forgotten that man because he taught an important lesson that day... The world is your class room.
As the years passed I learned more and more from those around me. I learned from my parents that you should never give up and never surrender; and that blood is thicker then water.
Giggles has taught me lessons on health and nutrition as well as how to be a good friend from a far. Our short time together was an enlightening experience to say the least.
My Pink Monkey taught me many lessons about the world, life and love. She trained me to be a better man then I was before. Our time together taught her many lessons as well and for that I am very happy.
Every great relationship or friendship should leave both parties satisfied and better educated in some way. Explore the world and spend time with many different people. We all have a story and some should be listened to with great interest.

Land of the Unemployed
Well, what can I say? This sucks.
I really do despise being unemployed for any length of time. I am the kind of person that needs to be doing something; working, a project anything really.
Recently I was terminated from the Gulag for a matter of bad quality. The charge is bogus and I am going to being appealing the verdict tomorrow after my job interview at a Plumbing and Heating business downtown. Looking for an apprenticeship, they want to interview me for the inventory guy, not a bad start.
There is not much else to say right now, just that I am unemployed and starting to go stir crazy. You can only workout so much in one day and keep it beneficial. Video games, well I have been playing a lot of WoW (World of Warcraft); possible more then I even should. I should have a new post as soon as I know the Gulag verdict, until then I am going to continue the mad hunt for employment with a living wage.

Haunting Memories
I have been getting less and less sleep, the nightmares are keeping me awake. These are not new to me. I have always been an insomniac and strong dreamer, but now my memories are beginning to haunt me.
I see images of the past in my mind and they mock me, I see failures and failed chances. I hear words from those who were once friends and I am filled with anger and hatred. I have no reason to hate these people, but I become consumed. New marriage, new child and me going no further then before. My solitude contains my sanity and controls the beast within. I am not a bad man once you get to know me, of course nobody has the time.
I want the memories to go away, and leave me be. I do not wish to be haunted any longer by those things I cannot change. I simply want to be free of the pain, the anger and the fury within me.
*I know it sounds bad but I promise no ill fate will be fall me.

Tom Petty Said It Best
Well I wont back down, no I wont back down
You can stand me up at the gates of hell
But I wont back down
Gonna stand my ground, wont be turned around
And Ill keep this world from draggin me down
Gonna stand my ground and I wont back down
Hey baby, there aint no easy way out
Hey I will stand my ground
And I wont back down.
Well I know whats right, I got just one life
In a world that keeps on pushin me around
But Ill stand my ground and I wont back down
Hey baby there aint no easy way out
Hey I will stand my ground
And I wont back down
No, I wont back down
Well I wont back down, no I wont back down
You can stand me up at the gates of hell
But I wont back down
Gonna stand my ground, wont be turned around
And Ill keep this world from draggin me down
Gonna stand my ground and I wont back down

Solitude
When did it become so taboo? I am the kind of person that enjoys just being alone with some peace and quiet. Curl up with a good book, quiet night with that special lady.
Today it seems as though people just can't be left alone, we always need to be with someone. If you aren't with somebody something is wrong. Well I disagree, being alone in solitude is good for people, we need time alone with our thoughts.
Some people need to be with others all the time, then there are people like me who could handle the life of a hermit in the woods. City life is great but the solitude of nature is so much better. Solitude should not be taboo, this has been a paid advertisement of White Knight productions.

Miscommunications
Recently I was checking a friends blog and she was talking about dating and what women really want, of course I couldn't help but add some comments and that when things went wrong. What we said came out wrong and seemed as though we were fighting with each other. At no time was I looking for a fight, just a difference of opinion really.
Miscommunications happen all the time, working in the Gulag I have seen this over and over again. Customers do not listen or just don't care. We all have trouble communicating, especially with the opposite sex, but we must learn to remain calm and controlled. Just because the other person doesn't seem to understand doesn't mean they don't.
Sorry you thought my words were harsh or inappropriate Giggles, you know I care and I agree with your points. Remember I am a man, therefore I'm somewhat simple. lol
White Knight,
Recently I was checking a friends blog and she was talking about dating and what women really want, of course I couldn't help but add some comments and that when things went wrong. What we said came out wrong and seemed as though we were fighting with each other. At no time was I looking for a fight, just a difference of opinion really.
